Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund for cancellation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below:

  • All the cancellation requests should be done through IBCC and cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make online booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Please don’t deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
  • If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways and cancellation charges by hotels booked.
  • If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
  • No refund or any changes will be accepted at last moment when your tour starting or after starting or middle of the trip.
  • If you do flight / train booking, hotel booking or safari through IBCC, then we do follow third party rules of cancellations. What they refund back, we will refund you after apply online transaction charges.

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
